By accessing this website or engaging Freedom Oaks Digital for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Services
Freedom Oaks Digital provides marketing technology and digital marketing services including website development, CRM implementation, local SEO, marketing automation, reputation management, AI-assisted customer communication, business texting, and lead generation systems. Specific deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement.
No Long-Term Contracts
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are provided on a month-to-month, cancel-anytime basis. You may cancel services at any time. Cancellation terms for any specific engagement are governed by the applicable service agreement.
SMS and Communications Consent
Where SMS or marketing communications are offered, you consent to receive them by opting in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Marketing consent is separate from general contact requests.
SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Freedom Oaks Digital through our website at https://freedomoaksdigital.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
Privacy Policy

Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant accounts and assets, and to comply with applicable laws, including consent requirements for any communications sent on your behalf.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables created for you become your property upon full payment. Freedom Oaks Digital retains rights to its own tools, templates, and methodologies.
Limitation of Liability
Freedom Oaks Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
